To participate, you must send a clear copy of the following documents (a copy of the passport, and the personal business card, for each participant) with the attached application form .
Special invitations can be sent in order to obtain a Turkish visa . Send a clear copy of the flight reservation ticket indicating the hour and date of arrival at Izmir International Airport (Adnan Menderes Airport), otherwise the hotel reservation will not be confirmed .
Our company's work team will be present with the honorable guests throughout their stay, and the team will be in direct contact with the honorable guests to meet all their needs . Each person participating is registered in the name of a company specialized in the exhibition fields. Two persons may not be registered in one company name or commercial address
